This is a 30 minute vent session. For 30 minutes vent all of your frustrations, feelings, barriers and obstacles that you are experiencing in your journey through motherhood. This will be a safe space. Coach Ashley will listen and not judge. This will not be a strategy development or implementation session. Coach Ashley, will listen and validate your feelings and concerns.
